Dementia Caregivers Support Program

Our Mission is to provide an opportunity for such caregivers to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or firsthand information about dementia healthcare options and/or treatments

Sometimes, all we need is to know we are seen and heard.

My Natural Me’s goal is too narrow the gap so that these families of dementia patients can have the tools needed for early detection, healthcare, and support for their loved ones, thus providing them with the care they need to assist their loved ones.

The Mission of the program, which includes a virtual support group, is to provide an opportunity for such caregivers to share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or firsthand information about dementia healthcare options and/or treatments. The YouTube page and social media groups encourage caregivers to share their experiences and offers tips from experts in the field.

Through our research and partnerships we provide up to date education on available resources that can assist caregivers and families

Planning Assistance

We assist with pointing you and your family to appropriate documents needed as the disease progresses. We offer notary services in Dc, Md & Va
